on March 20, 2004 for United Families International.
Dr. Richard Wilkins is a professor of law at the J. Reuben Clark Law
School and Director of the World Family Policy Center at Brigham Young
University. He is a constitutional scholar, former Assistant to the
Solicitor General of the United States, and has argued cases before
the Supreme Court.
